Renowned First Nations entertainer, Mitch Tambo lights up any arena with a passion and deep commitment to his First Nations culture and the people he represents. With a style that blends traditional sounds and language with modern contemporary beats and rhythms, Mitch’s music cuts across cultures. Wearing his trademark headpiece of Dhinawan feathers and the crest of the Murray, a totem of his people, the Melbourne-based singer came to national attention earlier this year through a series of unforgettable live performances on Australia’s Got Talent – including a moving in-language performance of John Farnham’s ‘You’re the Voice’.
Mitch on Eurovision - Australia Decides
I’m thrilled to be part of Eurovision – Australia Decides in 2020 and to get the chance to perform on the world’s biggest stage. Eurovision songs often mix elements of traditional and contemporary sounds, which is exactly what I set out to do in my own music. Most importantly, it brings different cultures together all under the banner of music, which is beautiful thing!

Together’ is a really important song to me. It’s the culmination of everything I want to do with my music – to bring people from all walks of life, cultures and creeds together with a message of love, especially when so many are going through such tough times. It’s the perfect song for Eurovision, which is all about uniting people through music no matter what language they speak – or sing. I can’t wait to get out on that stage and perform this song for Australia, and the world.Download 'Together' from your favourite media player
